Returns
All sales are FINAL and can not be canceled once completed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitation purposes.
If a product arrives damaged (manufacturing damages), we will take responsibility and replace it with a new item or provide a full refund once evidence/pictures of the damaged product is provided. We are not responsible for shipping charges. 

We do not replace used items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Domestic USPS First Class Shipping requires 2-5 days to arrive at its destination.
Processing time requires 1-3 business days. Thank you for your patience. 

Free Domestic USPS FIRST CLASS shipping over $75 (up to 16oz) Over 16oz requires USPS Priority Shipping plus Signature Confirmation for a fee

International USPS First Class Shipping requires 7-21 days to arrive at its destination.
Processing time requires 1-3 business days.

Preorder products require 1-2 weeks to process. Thank you for your patience. 


If your billing and shipping address do not match, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and refund your payment to the card provided if the transaction seems fraudulent. Please wait 5-7 business days for your refund to appear after the refund is initiated.

We are not responsible if the address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered to the provided location unless we have evidence of a tracking error on our end. 
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked DELIVERED.
We are not responsible for delayed packages by USPS.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our headquarters (returned to sender), you are responsible for the return shipping fee if you still would like to receive the products. If you do not wish to cover the return shipping fee, the product will be returned to shelves for another customer to purchase.

FAQ

What to do if your package says DELIVERED but is not there?

Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the package, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information. We are not responsible for packages that say delivered and are believed to either be misdelivered, lost, or stolen.
